Pilates Strength Training Class!


Utilizing small balls, hand-held weights, resistance bands and foam rollers

Who can come? This class is for everybody and the teacher will offer modifications but you do need to be able to get up and down from the floor easily.  The class utilizes both Pilates movements and strengthening exercises. It is a 60 minute challenging, flowing, core-based functional fitness session. We will incorporate balance

Please bring your own yoga mat. The floor is carpeted but a mat or towel is required. Class is taught in socks or bare feet. Teacher will provide therabands and small balls at first class. Please bring small handheld weights if you have them.

This class is FREE although donations are happily accepted. You can drop-in anytime as the class is on-going.
