What are the Benefits of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Programs and Why are They Under Attack?

Presenters: Larry Feldman, M.D. & Sandy Feldman, M.S.W. are diversity educators, consultants, and individual, group, and family therapists. They have been deeply involved in a variety of diversity initiatives for many decades. The Feldmans have developed and taught a college course on The Psychology of Stereotypes and Prejudice and have consulted with educators, businesses, and faith-based groups on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Larry and Sandy have written a book Building Bridges Across the Racial Divide, based on their experiences with diversity initiatives and their review of research studies on methods for reducing stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination.
