Each of us has a unique Jewish story. Writing—about our inspirations, our spirituality, our memories, even our struggles and doubts—provides a way to share our lives, hearts and minds with our loved ones, with our community, or with an unknown audience that needs to hear what we have to say.

Carol is a published author of creative nonfiction, flash fiction, poetry, and contemporary prayers. Her most recent Jewish-themed work has appeared in JWeekly and at Ritualwell.org. Join her for this introductory workshop if you are compelled to put your own thoughts and experiences into writing but don’t know where to begin.

Participants will receive pointers, participate in a brief writing exercise, and have opportunities to share and ask questions.
