Al HaShulchan—On the Table

The Shulchan Aruch (the Set Table) is a collection of  Jewish Law.  It is the most widely consulted of the various legal codes in Judaism. It was compiled by Rabbi Joseph Karo in 1563.

The face of Judaism has changed a great deal since then but the process of debating and arguing about important issues has continued.  So let's create a virtual "table" and see what you have to add to the meal!
